ASO Subscription SeriesSUBSCRIBER BENEFITSYour Own SeatsSubscribers are guaranteed the same seats from year to year unless a change is specifically requested during the renewal period. By renewing early ech year, the possibility of receiving a requested seat upgrade is greatly increased. Lost Ticket InsuranceThe Ticketing Services staff will promptly reissue tickets for Suscribers who have misplaced their performance tickets. Ticket Exchange PrivilegeSubscribers enjoy the exclusive privilege of exchanging tickets within their series. Exchanges may be done within the performance weekend of their series. Please contact the Ticketing Services Office one week prior to the performance you wish to exchange. Your original tickets must be returned to the Ticketing Office before we can issue your new tickets. Ticket Turnback and Tax Deductible Charitable ContributionSubscribers who are unable to use or exchange their tickets may return them prior to the concert to be credited at full face value as a Tax-Deductible Conribution. Printed tickets must be returned to the Ticketing Services Office by 5:00 p.m. on the Friday of the specific concert weekend to be valid for this benefit. VIP Access to Special ConcertsSubscribers have access to the best seats for The Masters, ACXIOM SuperPops! and other special concerts before they ever go on sale to the general public. Subscriber Courtesy WeekSubscribers may purchase tickets to any ASO concert one week before they are available to the general public.
