Capi Peck is a Little Rock native with deep culinary roots. She and her partner opened the popular Trio’s Restaurant in 1986. Trio’s has won countless awards for creative cuisine over the decades. She has been a finalist for the Arkansas Food Hall of Fame Proprietor of the Year award for the last five years
Capi was elected in 2016 to serve as Little Rock City Director for Ward 4.
She currently serves as city board liaison for the Parks & Recreation Commission, Sustainability Commission, Airport Commission and Age Friendly Little Rock Commission.
She represented the restaurant industry on Little Rock’s Advertising & Promotion Committee for 12 years, and served as Chair during her last year. She co-chaired the successful Restore Robinson Auditorium Campaign.
Capi is past president of the Arkansas Restaurant Association and was appointed by Governor Mike Beebe to serve for 8 years on the Public Health Advisory Board.
Capi is a Member of Rotary 99 and is a volunteer chef with the Arkansas Hunger Relief Alliance. She works with numerous nonprofits to address food insecurity and homelessness in Central Arkansas.
In 2018, Capi received the Tikkun Olam award from the Jewish Federation of Arkansas. Tikkun Olam means reparation of the world in Hebrew.
Capi is passionate about everything she does. She considers herself an ambassador for Little Rock and loves giving back to the community that has supported her and Trio’s for over 34 years.
