Gabriel Vega

Flute & Piccolo

Gabriel Vega is from Los Angeles, California, and is a graduate of the Manhattan School of Music. He has performed at Dorothy Chandler Pavilion and Carnegie Hall, in addition to tours of Germany and France. He has studied with Gary Schocker, Tim Day and Jeanne Baxtresser.

He joined the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra in 2009, and has performed with the Memphis Symphony Orchestra, the Symphony of the Southwest (formerly Mesa Symphony Orchestra), the Symphony Orchestra of Northwest Arkansas (SoNA), and the Texarkana Symphony.

Masks and Vaccines Required

All ASO musicians, guest artists and staff, venue staff, and patrons are required to wear a mask covering the nose and mouth and show proof of COVID-19 vaccination for all ASO indoor concerts.
