Ricardo Rincón, Chef, Kemuri Restaurant

rincon_headshot.jpgChef Ricardo Rincón began his culinary career in Chicago at Old Chicago Italian Restaurant. There, he acquired the skills of all facets of the kitchen while working and training under veteran chefs.

Upon his move to Little Rock, Ricardo landed a lead position at Arthur’s Prime Steakhouse. In 2014, Ricardo was selected by Jerry Barakat to be on the opening team of Kemuri Restaurant which opened in the Ice House Center in Hillcrest. Ricardo was involved in every aspect of the development of the kitchen and the Japanese/Asian fusion menu, specializing in seafood, sushi, and robata. Chef Ricardo is a staple of Kemuri and is an integral part of its success.

Chef Ricardo has also developed and opened three restaurants back home in Veracruz, Mexico. His family helps run the day-to-day operations of his establishments.
