IMPORTANT INFO BEFORE YOU GO

Exciting & Important News: Your ASO is doing a recording project this weekend for Tania León's "Pasajes", which will be available on all music streaming services! Since this is the first piece on the program, we ask that you arrive on time because we will NOT let patrons in during this piece. If you are late, you will be able to go in the hall after the first piece is complete.

To make sure this recording has no interruptions, please silence or turn off all electronic devices. If you are attending with children that may not be able to stay quiet or still, we ask that you wait until the second piece to enter the hall.

Please note: There will be a brief lighting change in between the first and second piece.

Join us for a pre-concert talk with Associate Conductor Valery Saul, composer Tania León, and guest violinist Julian Rhee an hour before each performance in the Upper Tier Lobby (push number 3 in Robinson's elevators).

Sunday Ticket Buyers: Enjoy music from the ASO's String Academy students in the Historic Lobby (push number 2 on the elevator in Robinson) at 2:10 PM! Their performance will be fifteen minutes long so there will be plenty of time to find your seat.

We encourage you to arrive to the Robinson Center early enough to park, use the restroom, and find your seat in the hall. Please note that access to the building will now be limited to the following three entrances:

East Entrance by the DoubleTree Hotel

Broadway Entrance

East Entrance – Lower Lobby

PUBLIC PARKING

LRCVB has implemented the Evolv Express®, a state-of-the-art concealed weapons detection system, at the Robinson Center. This cutting-edge technology uses advanced sensors and AI to efficiently identify potential threats at our entry points — screening up to 4,000 people per hour, making it 10x faster than traditional metal detectors.

This upgrade will enhance safety while also reducing wait times for guests. In addition to the new security system, please note the following updated bag policy:

Please be sure to leave things like pocket knives and pepper spray in your car.
