These include any concert in the Masterworks, Pops, or standard River Rhapsodies (the two Artist of Distinction events are not included) series. Tickets may be selected online or over phone in advance, and at a concert if seats are available. Seating is subject to availability. Reserve your seats in advance for best availability. If a concert you want to attend is sold out, you can choose from dozens of other concerts to attend throughout the season, or you can keep trying to get tickets to the sold out concert as tickets are often turned back by others who are no longer able to attend. Only set package season ticket holders are guaranteed the same seats to every concert in their package. Members are not guaranteed the same seats for every concert. Your monthly Concert Membership fee gets you access to as many concerts as you’d like to attend. It is not a donation to the ASO. Your credit card will then be charged once per month on the same date of your initial membership purchase (i.e. if you order your membership on the 5th of the month, you will be charged on the 5th of every month thereafter). We auto bill your credit card every month, on the same day of the month that your concert membership was activated. If you are purchasing a gift membership you are prepaying, and therefore your card will not be charged again after the initial charge. EARLY CANCELLATION FEE If you cancel your membership within the first 6 months, there will be an early-cancellation fee of $50. After 6 months there is no fee to opt out at any time. Prepaid membership sales are final. UNUSED TICKETS If you cannot attend a concert, please turn back your tickets so that others may attend. No need to exchange your tickets into another concert – you can just turn back your tickets for the concert you are unable to attend and then reserve tickets to a different concert by logging in to your account at arkansassymphony.org. Turning back your tickets is quick and easy—just visit arkansassymphony.org/turnback or call our Box Office at 501-666-1761, ext. 1.
