Korean pianist Dr. Jaeyeon Park is known for her artistry as both a soloist and collaborator. Praised for her “sophisticated interpretation” and “undeniable technique” (International Piano Magazine Korea), she has performed internationally across Asia, Europe, and North America. Dr. Park has appeared as a soloist with renowned orchestras such as the Gangnam Symphony, Gwangju Symphony, and Kiev National Radio Orchestra, where her performance of Mozart’s Piano Concerto K.467 was broadcast on KBS-FM. Other recent performances include concerts in prestigious venues like the Seoul Arts Center, Kumho Art Hall, and Youngsan Art Hall, as well as international performances in Qingdao and Osaka.

A prizewinner in various competitions, including the Wideman International Piano Competition and the Osaka International Music Competition, Dr. Park is also an active chamber musician. She is the founding member of the trio Uno Animo, whose performances have been broadcast on KBS-FM, MBC-FM, and KBC-TV. Since 2018, she has served as the Music Director of Ensemble-On. Additionally, Dr. Park has received multiple grants from the South Korean government in support of her concerts and has been featured in thematic programs on Korean radio and television.

Dr. Park holds a BM with highest honors from Seoul National University, as well as MM and DMA degrees from the Butler School of Music at the University of Texas at Austin. She taught for 12 years at Chosun University in South Korea, where she served as the Department Chair for six years. During her tenure, she received multiple Faculty Awards of Excellence in Teaching and Research. Since 2022, she has been an Adjunct Lecturer in Piano at UA Little Rock Extended Education and active as a performer throughout the United States and Asia.
