IMPORTANT INFO BEFORE YOU GO
NEW ADDITION To This Pops Concert:
Join us for a pre-concert talk with ASO Violinist/Librarian Geronimo Oyenard an hour before the performance on the Upper Tier Lobby (Level 3).
We encourage you to arrive to the Robinson Center early enough to park, use the restroom, and find your seat in the hall.

Meet and take photos with Super-Spider & Wonder Warrior provided by Fancyful Parties during intermission on the street level of the Robinson Center. Feel free to have your kids (or yourself) dress up as their favorite superhero!

ROBINSON CENTER/LRCVB PARKING GARAGE INFORMATION
For the LRCVB parking garage, be prepared to pay a fee by credit/debit card only when you enter the garage.
THE GARAGE NOW HAS TWO ENTRANCES:
- The front entrance off of Markham St.
Or
- The back entrance off of La Harpe Blvd (which is highly recommended for people traveling from the west of Robinson).
TICKET/BOX OFFICE INFORMATION
You can bring your physical tickets or show them on your smart device to an usher before entering the hall. If you ordered within one week of the concert and you asked for physical tickets, they will be at the Box Office under your name.
The Box Office opens 90 minutes before the concert.
SECURITY
All patrons are required to go through security and metal detectors and open bags for inspection on the way into the performance hall.
Please be sure to leave things like pocket knives and pepper spray in your car.
BAGS
Small clutch bags no larger than 9″ x 11″ are the only bags permitted into Robinson Center for ticketed performances.
Backpacks and large purses are prohibited. An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection. Diaper bags (no larger than 14” X 14” X 6”) will also be permitted when necessary to care for small children. All bags are subject to search.
WEAPONS
The safety and security of our guests and staff is of utmost importance. Robinson Center does not permit firearms or other weapons (knives, tasers, mace, etc.), of any kind in the building.
